That’s not what I do.

I’ve been there—overworked, under-recovered, frustrated by effort that didn’t match results.
I’ve even had my share of chronic illness that made everything else so much harder. Sometimes you just feel like you’re spinning your wheels and you might just have to accept this is the hand you’re dealt. I learned a lot of mental toughness in those times because the only way out is to accept this is your new norm, stop wishing it were different and start working your way out. I’ve found there is always a way forward.
Those challenges caused me to start looking deeper. I began understanding how my body actually worked, fixing the systems behind the scenes—hormones, inflammation, energy, digestion. I got blood work done, learned about brain health, and figured out what worked best for my body. I started to learn more about how each muscle works and how to actually shape my body as well.
Now, I help others do the same. Because when your body’s working for you—not against you—fitness stops feeling like a grind and starts becoming part of who you are.
