My name is Ben and this is my website. The ideal behind it is trying to give you the tools, information and knowledge you need to be able to optimize your fitness in a way that works for you. 
 
We all have different goals but one thing stays true, life is smoother when you’re feeling good. 
 
Health isn’t just about the scale or your reflection in the mirror, even though those are nice indicators of a healthy lifestyle.
Some of us need more energy, some of us want to lose weight, some of us are chasing GAINZ and others are just looking for more mental clarity. 
No matter what you’re trying to accomplish, feeling great physically and  being mentally sharp are key aspects of getting there. 
 
I like to hop into the lifestyle things that can have a ranging effect on the whole body but also I love diving in to the more advance stuff we can do to optimize our bodies. Over the years, I’ve tried a lot weird things just to see what happens. Some of it was great and some of it was just hype.
